Retreat Host
Habitat Retreats is expanding its host roster, and we're looking for facilitators, movement leaders, and community builders who are ready to take their work somewhere new, literally.
We run experience-first retreats around the globe. We are actively seeking hosts across all movement disciplines and formats: yoga, run clubs, pilates, breathwork, surf, strength, HIIT, etc. If it moves people, and you love it, let’s talk.
What the Partnership Looks Like
Every Habitat retreat is co-created. You bring your vision: the theme, the energy, the experience you want to create for your community.
We bring the operational infrastructure to make it real. Destination sourcing, vendor relationships, logistics, on-the-ground coordination, and the Habitat framework that turns a good trip into an unforgettable one.
You focus on leading. We handle everything else.
All travel, accommodation, and meals are covered. Compensation is retreat-dependent and discussed directly.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Habitat host, you are responsible for:
Collaborating with our team on retreat vision, location, theme, and programming
Leading the retreat and showing up fully for your group. Not just on the mat or in movement, but throughout the experience
Actively promoting the retreat to your community. We will market alongside you, but your reach and relationship with your audience is a core part of what makes this work
Being a present, reliable, and grounded presence for participants across the full duration of the trip. This goes beyond your facilitation hours
Communicating proactively with the Habitat team during planning and on-site
Habitat is responsible for:
Logistics, vendor coordination, and on-the-ground operations
Retreat infrastructure and guest experience design
Marketing support and asset creation
Ensuring you can show up as a facilitator, not an event planner
You're a Strong Fit If:
You lead a community that trusts you, in-person, online, or both. It doesn't need to be large, but it needs to be real and engaged
You're collaborative by nature. You have a clear vision, and you're also genuinely open to shaping it with a team
You're comfortable in unfamiliar environments: new countries, unpredictable logistics, shared spaces
You take the responsibility of leading a group seriously. People are investing real time and money to be there. That matters to you
You're willing to travel internationally and able to commit to confirmed retreat dates
You're building something, a community, a body of work, a practice, and this partnership makes sense within that
You’ve always dreamed of hosting a retreat, but the finances and logistics make it feel impossible
You're Not a Fit If:
You're primarily looking for a platform to launch your own independent retreat business
You're not in a position to promote the retreat meaningfully to your audience
You're not ready to commit beyond a single trip. We invest in our hosts and we ask for the same
