Patagonia isn’t just a place you visit, it’s a place that rearranges you. Endless sky, sharp peaks, icy water, and air so clear it feels like starting over. For one week, we’re trading schedules and screens for something slower, wilder, and real.
This retreat is for the ones craving wide-open space and a break from routine. We’ll hike through Torres del Paine, kayak still fjords, eat fire-cooked lamb, and fall asleep under Southern Hemisphere stars. No itinerary overload, no pressure to transform, just good people in a once-in-a-lifetime place.
A week of big days in a big landscape.
Patagonia has a way of making everything else feel small, in the best way. The landscape is vast and untamed, but never cold. It invites you in.
There’s something grounding about waking up to that much space. The kind that pulls you out of your head and back into your body. That reminds you how good it feels to move, to explore, to feel tiny and totally alive.
feel the edge of the world
It's not just about the views - though they're unforgettable. It’s the stillness. The clarity. The feeling of being in a place where the world hasn’t rushed in and taken over.
We came for the bucket-list scenery. What we found was something better: presence, perspective, and a version of ourselves we actually like being around.
torres del paine hike
Spend a full day in one of the most iconic national parks on earth. Hike past turquoise lakes, hanging glaciers, and dramatic granite peaks. No filter needed. You’ll be guided, supported, and blown away at every turn.
fjord kayaking
Paddle through still waters surrounded by soaring cliffs and silence so deep it hums. This half-day kayaking trip is a quiet kind of epic — surreal, meditative, and absolutely unforgettable.
horseback riding
Ride alongside local gauchos through golden steppe and open fields. You don’t need experience, just a sense of adventure and a willingness to see Patagonia the traditional way: from the saddle.
grey glacier boat tour
Board a catamaran and cruise past towering walls of blue ice. You’ll watch massive glaciers calve into the water, and take in Patagonia’s power from the best seat in the house.
lamb asado dinner
No trip to Patagonia is complete without a traditional lamb asado- cooked slowly over an open fire. It’s a night of warmth, wine, and celebration under the stars. Come hungry and cozy up.
rest & roam moments
Yes, the days are full, but there’s still time to pause. Sleep in, do yoga, journal by the window, walk the shore, or sip a slow coffee while the clouds roll by. Especially in Patagonia, stillness finds you.
WORDS FROM PAST ATTENDEES
-thailand 2025
Carrigan and Kennon both host an amazing retreat! Their enthusiasm and engines are unmatched from other yoga retreat hosts. They make you feel like you were meant to be on the retreat and creat a sense of family with everyone who signs up. It’s always an amazing experience full of adventures, laughter, and love! I would sign up for all of the retreats if I could
The retreat was everything I didn’t know I needed. From sunrise yoga with ocean views to laughing over dinner with the best group of people, every moment felt so intentional and full of good energy. Carrigan and Kennon are truly special—they create space for connection, growth, and joy in a way that feels effortless. I came in hoping for a reset and left with a full heart and friendships that extend far beyond the trip.
This was my third Habitat retreat and somehow, they keep getting better. From Bali, to Peru, to Thailand, I can honestly say most of my favorite memories have been through these retreats. I’m so grateful to know and travel with such inspiring humans, and I can’t wait for the next adventure.
We’ll spend the week in a thoughtfully designed Patagonian stay — perched right on the water, with floor-to-ceiling views of the fjords and snow-capped peaks beyond.
Our retreat space is a quiet, design-forward homebase built to highlight the landscape — with warm wood, wool blankets, big windows, and all the cozy details you want after a day outside.
Rooms are simple and elegant, with ensuite bathrooms and lake views. Every room is a little different, but all of them offer deep rest, total comfort, and that rare feeling of being far away in the best way.
Each night, we’ll gather for chef-prepared dinners featuring locally sourced ingredients and bold, seasonal flavors — the kind of meals that make you sit back, sip your wine, and savor every bite.
There’s a fireplace lounge for evenings, wide-open sky for stargazing, and breakfast served each morning with a view. It’s the perfect reset between adventures.
