Habitat is looking for a Retreat Coordinator to join us on the ground and own the operational side of our trips. While the host leads their sessions and holds the group experience, you handle everything that keeps the trip running smoothly in the background.
The schedule, the vendors, the unexpected — all of it.
This role requires someone who is genuinely fulfilled by making things work. Not someone who tolerates the backend to eventually do something else. The right person finds deep satisfaction in the kind of work most people overlook.
