Each day starts with a choice: reformer in the open-air studio, or mat in the meditation pavilion.
We're staying just up the coast, where the morning starts with kookaburras and dinners last under the starry sky.
Sauna outside, ice bath under the gum trees, three pools across the property, and a chef who builds menus around the group. Pilates, the property, the place.
These retreats fill fast, so we recommend securing your spot asap.

No empty days, no over-scheduling. Every activity is optional.

day 01 · sunday
Land, exhale, and meet your week.
Once you land we will pick you up from the airport and bring you to the estate, with long views over the hinterland of Australia.
Welcome dinner with our private chef - local produce, biodynamic wine, and the kind of meal that makes you forget the flight.

day 02 · monday
Kayak with dolphins, yes really.
Start the day with Pilates - either mat or reformer. Followed by breakfast on the deck.
Then we head to the ocean for a sea kayaking where dolphins quite literally come and play. Byron Bay is home to hundreds of bottle-nose dolphins so they are common to see while swimming, surfing, & kayaking.
Return to our estate for mid-afternoon time to relax before dinner.

day 03 · tuesday
The Cape Byron walk and lighthouse.
Start your day with coffee while morning light casts over the farm, followed by a pilates session.
Then we head to the Cape Byron lighthouse trail. The walk is 3.7km of open coastline — cliffs & ocean on both sides. Easy pace, sip a coffee, take cute photos of the views.
Afterwards, walk around town or head back to the estate for a slow afternoon & dinner.

day 04 · wednesday
Private boat day. the water this place is famous for.
We will take a private boat down the turquoise coastline. Snorkle stops, lunch on board.

day 05 · thursday
the integration day. sauna, ice bath, nothing scheduled.
Reformer or mat pilates (your choice!), followed by a slow morning.
The day is intentionally unscheduled. The sauna runs all day. The ice bath is set up under the gum trees.
Book a massage, take a car to the beach, hang by one of our 3 pools or read your book in a hammock.
This day is for you to do you.

day 06 · friday
byron town. the markets, the cafes, the bookshop.
Morning Pilates. Breakfast at the estate.
Then we head to town — the Friday market is on, the cafes are full, and the bookshop alone is worth flying in for. Free time to shop, swim Main Beach, and explore.
Group dinner back at the estate.

day 07 · sunday
slow morning, soft goodbye.
Last optional Pilates. Last breakfast on the deck.
Then we head home after a week in paradise.

Three houses on one piece of land — fifteen minutes from town, fifteen minutes from the beach, completely held for us for the week.
Sauna, ice bath, three pools (one per residence), fireplaces, an open-air pilates studio under the gum trees.
